The Bullseye System simplifies stock selection!
1. Start with the outer ring: The Big Picture study of the Economy
2. Moving inward, study the Market
and individual indexes (NYSE, NASDAQ, Russell 2000, DJIA, etc.). Market direction is responsible for approximately 50% of a stock's movement.
3. Next, examine the various Sectors. Where is the momentum? Which sector should perform best in the foreseeable economic environment (technology, retail,
biotech, medical, etc.)? Sector direction is responsible
for approximately 30% of a stock's movement.
4. Now look at specific Industries within the sectors. Which are thriving? Where is the smart money flowing?
5. Then we analyze individual Stocks within the strongest industries. We will be looking for the same "genetic makeup" the most successful stocks of
the past had in place before major price advances.
6. This hierarchy of investment criteria are then carefully considered and weighed. Once this is done we select what we believe is the best stock.
